OK! Now I see that we have not got apprentice status any more. Have we been promoted or demoted?

Well now, it depends on what the definition of promoted means. Or is it the definition of demoted?

Actually, I don't know. I think I've been demoted, though. I went from mudmeister to junior member. It's being worked on, but I'm not paying anyone, so it takes time.

I think when you roll over 1000 posts, it's kinda like the Y2K thingy, but this time it actually happened. It took you back to zero, hence the apprentice thang.

Jacqui & Derek,

I don't know why it happened to you.

But I do have a question?

In the states, we gentlemen, and they are few and far between in this forum. But I am pleased to tell you, you are having the pleasure to read the writings of one as I type. We gentlemen, always lead with the lady, as you will note with my post, responding to your ramblings. As an example, ladies and gentlemen.

But in response to the Stabilla mention. They do make a decent level, but after selling against them for so long, it's hard not to knock them when the opportunity presents itself.

I can't believe you can't find them! Go to a contractor supply yard that caters to cement and or brick and block men. It surprised me that they were in England in the 60's!

I was in swadling clothes then, just figuring a way to use a water level with one man!! No!!! I wasn't the dummy!?!

I still am.
