Which Miracle Sealants Product?

The Miracle Sealants product line is what's carried by my local tile supply house. (At the least the one that will sell retail.) What would you recommend for a non-pro about to seal the grout in the bathroom and kitchen; 511 Impregnator, 511 Porus Plus, 511 H20, Grout Sealer, or 511 Seal & Enhance? This is for sanded grout and porcelain floor tile.

Any application tips or techniques would be appreciated as well.

The 511 impregnator, or the grout sealer should do the trick..just don't let the sealer dry on the tile surface,wipe it off, but le it soak into the grout joint,until it won't absorb any more,and don't let it puddle.Some use a sprayer, some a camel back sponge, others a small applicator.

511 is good stuff, we're a Miracle Dealer and so I walk people through it all the time. Joe Salvo of Miracle said " if you have a patch over one eye and a peg leg You probably can easily seal your own tile".. .He may have a vested intrest in making it sound easier than it is :yeah:
