Has anyone used or heard of sure seal

Hi-

I was just introduced to a new product out on the market called Sure Seal, they have a spray on sealer that I have used. Seems to work ok I guess and also the Sure Seal Cleaner. A customer of mine used it to clean his grout lines where the last installer did not seal the tile and he said it worked really well. I just want to make sure if I recommend a product it is going to work well for the customer and myself. And that there are no hidden horror stories or facts that I don't know about.

www.suresealsouth.com Your suppose to beable to seal as soon as your done grouting, I have read alot about the home depot stand and seal and the bad fumes and such from using it but I have had no problems with anything like that with the sure seal.
