I just layed quite a bit of glazed porcelain tile but my wife thinks it needs more of a sheen and that the grout needs to be a darker color.
Questions:
1. Can I apply a sealant to the tile that will give it a more glossy look?
2. Is there a product that will accomplish question 1 and add more color to the grout?
3. If two cannot be accomplished, are there two products that can be used in succession to complete the project?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Michael

This, seems to be the case with porcelain, especially if you don't use a cleaner,to cut the haze, and latex film off..it looks real dull.I don't think you're gonna find a very good product to create a lasting sheen. You can use an enhancing sealer to slightly darken grout..or a grout stain..but be sure to give it a good cleaning first, with a short firm bristle brush..it might just do the trick. We have cleaners and such above ^TYW STORE

What kind of cleaner would I need to cut the haze? Also what type of sealant do you suggest?

I know that there are definitely products that can achieve a darker color for the grout, such as grout stain (also known as grout dye, or color sealer or colorant) and also if she wants a slight shine and a very mild darkening, stone enhancers. :):
But I can't think of anything for darkening a glazed porcelain. Most glazes are similar to glass, they don't allow anything to stick to them. So grout stain will just wipe off, even paint won't stick unless you scuff up the glaze. Really, waxing the whole floor will be the only thing that would add some shine and a slight darker 'wet look'. But even though I have some customers that have insisted on waxing ceramic or porcelain, I try to talk them out of it. It's like spray painting a mink coat because you don't like the color. You replace the natural beauty of the hard earth product that lasts for lifetimes with a waxy coating meant to last a few months at best. :shake:
