I am getting ready to grout a kitchen/entry way floor. It seems like the concensus is Stone tech Bullet proof or Aquamix ultra seal sealers. I like the idea of sealing 2 hours after but am willing to wait 3 days to cure the grout. I don't think either of these are not spec'd to seal 2 hour post grout.

Does anyone have options on protection for the grout for the 3 days. Will cardboard be adequate? Will it cause uneven curing?

I am also looking for opinions on keeping the grout damp during the cure process. Is this necessary? Must you cover the grout with poly to slow the cure process?

Thanks in advance
Ryan

Not a pro, but they always recommend following the manufacturer's instructions. My manufacturer recommends waiting 21 days after applying grout before sealing it. Who makes your grout?
