any body ever used it. I got robbed, but they just took small stuff. undercut saw, polisher, cordless screw gun, roofing nailer, and hand tools. All totals about 1500. my deductable is 500 but I am wondering if the insurance premiums will go up to not make it worth filing.

Just got the check from our insurance company for about $3,000 worth of tools and stuff stolen from my basement last October. They deperciated everything down to $1,900 and then withheld our $500 deductable. We have a replacement cost clause on our policy so now we get the cheery chore of buying everything back, sending in the reciepts and *hoping* that the insurance company agrees that these are replacements. I'm certain our increased premiums will quickly reimburse the insurance company but the policy doesn't renew until July, after we hope to change policies anyway.
