Just getting ready to sign off for the evening, and this email comes in. I've removed names and phone numbers, but I have them.
Hey John...I'm in desperate need! I am a builder in Northwest Houston and
was just completing a large project..ready to close on this
comingTuesday...so I thought. There "was" approximately 2500 sq.ft. of
limestone throughout and I notice that when I dropped my keys the other day
that it had a very peculiar sound....HOLLOW. You know the sound...
Today the installer sent two fellas over to check the tiles...I had a meeting
with Lonestar for an hour and during that time...they started hammering the
stone out...Surprise. Without a plan in place as to how and when it was
going to be replaced. The Bank is showing up Tuesday...the floors have been
jack hammered. I need to have it replaced by then. I need twenty men.
Thirty men. What do you think?
