How you doing with the brush fires? I just heard they may continue until May.
Naw, I ain't afar. But thanks for axin'. :)
Our county and most surrounding counties have had burn bans in place for months, since well before the problem got really critical. I've heard of some grass fars here and there of course, nearly always caused by bowdark-skulls doin' something bowdark-skullian - like settin' off far works and burning their brush pal or whatever. But in Texas there ain't no law against bowdark-skullin', else our state would be even emptier than it is, eh?
It is dry, though. 'Sposta get a little rain maybe on Sunday, but it won't be enough to break any spells, for sure, even if it does come.
But that's the way it is here. We ain't got but two seasons: Flood and Drought. :D
Yep, and the wind isn't helping. The other day a lady was mowing her grass, the blade hit a rock and started the grass on far. Ended up burning down her house.
One far was started with a welder, a bunch more with far works, like cx said.
