I bought a trailer from a guy iwas working for. a 6x10 haulmark. now he wants it back saying he never signed paper on it. i tagged it with my name and ..... My dad says I should give it back but get revenage. the same guy screwed me out off 8 k. I would keep it but i do not want to get pulled over for a stolen trailer or crap. i like to vist the jail not reside in it. so i am going to remove the tires i put on it. I was going to seal the doors with expand foam then pull a whole in room and pour sugar sand in it. then call him where he could pick it up.

i dont think he ever had a title. I had it titled under a lost title. But i also told him to take me to court. I have video survalnce at my house and have him on tape driving down my street. And everyone knows u know on my dorr past 9 pm and guess who meets ya COLT or the AR 15. Yeah dave I am buying a new trailer next week anyway. hell if ya was closer id give ya this one then i could say it was stolen. I want a 6x10 tandem and the side in the front by the tongue so i might to have one built. or i am going to find another bread truck again.

Opie, as tempting as owning a stolen trailer is..i think i'm gonna pass. :D But i appreciate it.I hope i get this tandem i'm bidding on,it looks great.I've been looking for a long time.They have those singles with the torsion bars that haul a lot of weight, but i think i'm gonna need my tandem.I would park the thing at his house,in the middle of the night, call it in stolen, tell the cops you saw him eyeing it, and laugh about it later. :lol1:

Opie, run that trailer out to a farm and fill it to the TOP with horse shit. He'll appreciate that. Make sure it's as FRESH as possible.

Either that or run on over to the docks and throw in raw fish guts. TOP that baby off. Set it out in the sun until he picks it up and then mention you forgot you were hauling stuff in it.

yeah I have a receipt but the trailer sint it. this guy screwed me over for 8k. so i thought of getting back was to return the tralier with a weird problem. He wants to letter with his new compnay. So I could put something on the skin so nothing sticks. I was also thinming of unscrewing the riviots to the skin on the nose that way when u drive off the trailer will too. trust me i just want the a hole to go away he has been spotted in my neighborrhood driving around and he and his wanna bes live 30 to 40 mintues from here they have no bussiness in the hood. Trust I really want to end it And i really do not want to meet bubba in the joint for shooting someone. so trust me I will buy a new rig by next week and get rid of the last final headache of him soon. I also thought of dumping it off in a no parking zone and then call the wrecker on the sign to have it picked up.

If you have a valid title and he doesn't, it's yours. If you can prove with a cancelled check that you paid for it, even better. Doesn't matter what he says.

Maybe Opie should stop hanging out in the bars that he does? I honestly have never experienced his sort of bad luck and foul relations except when I used to hang out in bars and do drugs with the "local color". Since I dropped my habit, it seems that I don't meet as many whack-jobs as I used to. :idea:

I like Jerry's idea. And if you can get him to admit that he sold it to you in a recorded phone call, then you'll be even better set. I don't like the idea of causing damage to the trailer or this other guy's vehicle. Too much bad karma and too much liability now that it's been discussed here, in a public place.

Let me try that again. I said that when *I* used to use drugs and hang out with that caliber of people, I had similar experiences. From my experience, when I removed myself from those surroundings, I found that I was amoung much more sane people. I don't know who you hang with. I can only speak from my own mistakes. :)
