I have laid natural stone tile (12x12 sheets made up of 2x2 tile from Lowes) and bought the Enhancer Pro. Does this seal the grout and the tile? Should I grout first then seal or what? Kind of stuck here, thanks

One other question?

Will this product make the tile and grout waterproof, or water repellant? Might be a silly question but thought I would ask?

Yes, and yes,but i don't know what it might do to the grout..it may darken it...you should try it in a nonconspicuos area. When i have this situation i like to seal before grouting, then i can pick the perfect color grout to go with the enhanced stone. Then you can use the enhancer over the whole job, or if you're worried about the grout color, you can use an impregnator on the grout.p.s.,enhancer pro is oil based.

I don't know about being completly waterproof. It's a penetrating sealer that will breathe. It's made to keep from staining more than to waterproof. It will enhance the grout, darkening it a little. :)

should I then seal with the Enhancer Pro and then use a different sealer for so called "waterproofing" the tile and grout? I know it wont be waterproof, maybe water repellant, but is it ok to apply a different product to the already applied Enhancer Pro? confused yet? thanks

The enhancer is a good sealer, and will only make it hard for another sealer to do it's job, i would stick with the one sealer.

posted my pics under my other thread, I know I am supposed to only have one thread, but read that later. Check it out.

Sure hope the Enhancer Pro does a good job at repelling the water.....
