removing paint from sealed saltillo tiles

I sealed my Saltillo tiles with about 4 coats of Crossco Saltillo tile sealer and through time, paint has dropped on top of the tiles and there is the animal vomit that stained the surface. Because it is sealed, is there an easy way to remove those types of things or is it stripper time?

Are you just trying to remove the paint?

Or, are you trying to blend the area that the animal vomited on? The acidity will usually eat right through the sealer and into the saltillio tiles.

In general, how does the sealer look?

I would like to put in as little effort as possible, but if I need to strip it down and start again, I will have no other choice. There is 4 coats of Crossco Saltillo Tile Sealer on it. How do I post pictures and how big should they be?
I figured out how to post pictures and here they are.
