Hi folks, I got this request via email. Help! :)
We are going to lay travertine (filled, and I believe honed...) and I am looking for
the best sealant...the tile is going to be in the kitchen and family room, a room
that has access to the backyard and pool...which means dogs/kids possibly coming in
wet. I'd like something long lasting and very protecting as this will be a high
traffic area.. What is the difference between the BulletProof, Impregnator pro, and
Heavy Duty Stone sealer? I would like something as one-step as possible, as in it
would seal the tile and the grout.
Also, for day to day cleaning, do you recommend All Purpose tile and stone cleaner
or the Revitalizer Cleaner and Protector? would the cleaner and protector decrease
the frequency of a BIG sealing project? Could I use either of these in the same
method I do for my wood floor- spray on the floor and wipe up with this towel-type
thing attached to a long broom stick kind of thing :) Sorry for my poor description!
I appreciate any information you can pass along!
