Dear Friends -- Regrettably, I am one of the people who purchased and installed Edge Precision Tile from Loews. It's in our powder room and we just can't afford to tear everything out and put in a new floor. While we don't have cracked tiles (yet) the tiles don't look as clean as I would like -- so my first question is whether anyone knows something good for cleaning this nasty product. The second question is whether anyone has found anything that could be used as a sealer once it's clean. Do I want a wax? I just plain don't know. I have some spare tiles to experiment on. Thanks for your thoughts.

Hi Susanne, welcome. :)

Tell us what type of tile you bought? I know Edge comes in porcelain, granite, and marble too I believe. All that will play a part in what type of sealer to use, if any is actually needed that is. The caulk inbetween the tiles can't be sealed - it is what is is but maybe there is something that can be applied to the tile surface itself to facilitate maintenance.
