Does anyone use a Hydro Tech HT1500?

Hello,

I'm new to the forum and am considering going in to business cleaning tile and grout using a Hydro Tech HT1500 machine. This is a portable 1500 psi commercial grade pressure washing system that immediately extracts the water. I understand that it's supposed to clean tile and grout extremely well.

I was wondering if anyone owns this machine or knows of someone that does. I would like to receive any positive or negative feedback about it's performance, reliability and/or the tile and grout cleaning business in general.

I don't own one (even though I would like to), but I understand it's one of the best ones on the market.

Where are you purchasing it from and what's the price tag? Without the floor attachments I saw it being advertised for about $4500.
