Hello,

I have recently tiled part of the wall in my kitchen with lava rock tiles (many small stones making a tile that is). I have tried "Miracle Matte", but it has made the stone too dark.

Is is possible to strip this coat of "Miracle Matte" so I can apply a different product? If so, I am looking a color enhancement in between the light color of the natural color, and the dark black which Miracle Matte has created.

Would you recommend Miracle Gloss? Is there another company that makes something that might work better?

It should be noted that I have tried Miracle Matte after applying a sealer ... as well as just Miracle Matte by itself. Both produce a similar result.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Lets Have a Name, Welcome! :) :shades:

1) It is very difficult (if not impossible) to remove a enhancer. I have had some success in the past using special poultices from Prosoco. The fact that you presealed may help.

2) Are we talking about Miracle Sealants Company? They have Mira Matte, Mira Shine, Stone Polish etc., but no Mira Gloss.
