Actually I wish I'd thought it up myownself, but I saw that sometime back before owl season. Don't recall the exact quote, but it was something like, "Why don't we just give'em ours? It was written by a bunch of really smart guys, it worked really well for about a hundred and fifty years, and we aren't using it anymore."

I thought it was an absolute masterpiece (the quote and the doccument). :)

Yeah, well, I'm not ready to give it away. It's still the greatest document ever written as a basis for government. We can lend it out, but let's retain ownership of it. ;)

Yeah, it might have been the greatest ever written, but the times, they are a changin, and that document has been butchered just a bit too much. Only crooks and criminals have any rights at all anymore and nobody is scared of doing wrong anymore.
