Hi!

Can someone tell me briefly when to choose bulletproof vs heavy duty and Restore vs. Kleenzall vs. All purpose?

Thanks.

PS. I assume the stonetech products are superior to tilelab line available at HD? (I have to return several, if so.)

answered my own question - stonetech site has a number of white papers under the stonecare section dealing with a wide variety of issues.

- for those who looked at this post and found no answers.

Hi Gabe :)

Sorry for the delay. What do you mean with "white paper...issues" ? :shades:

Not familiar with the lingo. :dunce:

Yes, it is my opinion that Stone Tech is superior to Tile Lab. If you do a search on this site, you'll find issues ! :D

The Stone Tech website is an excellent resource for those particular questions. Stone Tech's Website (http://www.stonetechpro.com/products/)

"White Paper" is jargon for a (hopefully) short and concise text piece dealing with a specific topic. Stonetech has organized its information on care and treatment of stone and related materials under its stone care section, "Care Instruction by Material type". There are also Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) tech docs, articles, FAQs and much more - all in all a very nice resource.

...and yes, I returned my purchases to HD and am waiting shipment of my Stonetech order.

Good choice, Gabe. :)

Actually, the first item on your order is the product that is gonna serve you best over the long run. A very useful product, indeed. And John's wife, Patti, is always happy when someone orders a book. :D
