Grout haze?

Hello all-

My installer said he was going to use a muratic acid-type cleaner on our new shower to remove all grout haze and impurities before sealing. The tile was just grouted today and laid yesterday. I feel like he is moving too fast here.

Anyway-

Two important questions:

What can I buy that would serve this cleaning purpose and not damage the travertine?

How long should the new tile/grout cure first?

Is tile-lab from HD any good? I am intersted in the Stone-tech and I would like the best sealant I can get.
