Additionally, here is an International Code Council (ICC) evaluation report detailing the use of both Ditra and Kerdi as a waterproofing membrane. http://www.johnbridge.com/images/mike2/For%20Liberry%20Stuff/ICC%20ESR-2467.pdf

In summary, the use of Ditra and Kerdi as a waterproof membrane is in compliance with the International Building Code (IBC), the International Residential Code (IRC), and the International Plumbing Code (IPC).
