Hello, I'm hoping someone can give us some help? My husband and I have an atrium area in our recently purchased San Diego, CA home that has ancient mexican pavers that are in a terrible state. They actually get your feet orange when you walk on them. We know they need to be replaced eventually, but having just had two kids recently we don't have the funds to do it right now. We were wondering if we could seal them somehow so that our daughters can play out there without getting orange feet? When I return to work in about a year, we will be looking to replace them. Any suggestions for a temporary fix? Or is it best to leave them alone?

Hi Pamela
I think it would be best to move this thread one door down to the "Cleaning, Restoration, & Sealing Forum" to get the proper attention by our outstanding experts over there.

Yes ma'am that's probably exactly what the tile need.If they are indeed Mexican saltillo, you can lightly clean the tile with tile and stone cleaner, and then seal it with the impregnator pro, if you don't want a high gloss, and more slip resistant,or you can use a saltillo sealer for a high gloss. The first two items can be ordered from above at the TYW store, and they come with instructions to boot, but it's very simple. :)
