I just caulked the new tile I installed in my tub and surround. I was rather sloppy, I made the bead to big, so I removed it after it cured. I have a very thin residue pretty much invisible to the naked eye but you can feel it, that sticks out about 3/8" on the side of the caulk line. This was when I used my finger to smooth it and I had way too much and made a nice thin line on either side of the caulk line. How do I remove this? We have been scraping, using orange cleaner, alcohol. Is there an easy way? You can't see it now, but I figure that is where all the dirt will collect.

Hi Brian,
You can use single-edge razor blades and/or a white nylon scrubbing pad to remove the caulk from the tile. Just don't push too hard with the razors or you may leave marks on the tile surface.
Best of luck,
