cleaning shower tray

moved into new property.shower tray and joint between tray dnd tiles has some massey thick mastic that has gone dirtey.cut some it away any advice on how to clean the rest

Is the shower pan tiled, fiberglass, or terrazzo?

Either way you would start by using a high alkaline product such as Stone Techs KlenzAll.

Depending on the type of caulk you are trying to remove, usually the careful use of a single edge razor blade does the trick. If you're going up to fiberglass, use caution not to nick or scratch it.
