How do you remove dried grout from vinyl window frames?

I just installed new vinyl windows and then had tile installed around one of the windows in the bathroom, but some grout got on the vinyl frame :bang: ...what can I use to remove the dried grout without scratching, discoloring or ruining the white vinyl?

If the window is surrounded by ceramic tile (not natural stone), it's safe to use a solution of vinegar and water (or if needed, straight vinegar).
