Flatfloor, Jimmy "da Leveler" Buckley sent me a couple pics of an slc pour. He did some writing on the backs, but I'll let him explain here. The pics were not high-quality. I've tried to enhance them somewhat, but hey. ;)

Beautiful colors on that floor don't you all agree? Rivals anything else I've seen around here, notice the subtle differences in the gray. :D
That pump is a nice little piece of works. It can pump SLC 80'-90' vertically and then run about 200' horizontally. It can pump 1 bag per minute so you can easily resurface 10,000 SF @ 1/4" in a day.
That pump looks a little small from the ones I seen..maybe it is my memory failing but I did take me awhile to droll all over it so it must have been a tad bigger version.
p.s. nice Ardex mixing bucket you got there Jim...hehehe
That job smells like money.

I was hoping no one would notice that. Figures you would :) That is not mine belongs to the contractor.
Maybe your thinking of a gypcrete pump. If you saw an Ardex pump they are even smaller. Course they can't compete with that one for power.
John You did good!
No I am thinking of a SLC pump. But maybe that is the same pump after all..the cost of the ones I seen were about 10,000. ...sound about right?

Maybe used. The one you see is a Chemgrout 550CG can be air propane or electrically powered about $15-16,000 new.
