When was the last time you backed up your bookmarked sites?

No amount of groveling or whining will return mine, even though I spent an hour trying everything.....Grrrrrrrrrrr!!!!! :mad: :mad: :mad:

That sucks. I got a million of them but most I never re-visit them..I actively use about 10. Why can't you get them back..Did you try using recovery software? The free programs will let you recover small files like bookmarks without having to purchase.
Unless the file was over written on the exact disc sector on your hardrive it is still sitting there.

Nothing, nothing, nothing.... the opera.adr file was empty, empty, empty...Didn't think of file recovery- maybe I'll try that later just so I know how if I ever lose something really crucial.

Oh, well- it needed to be cleaned out anyway- which is what I was in the process of doing when I got interrupted. Then Jack shut down the computer 'cause he had to use the phone. (No, honey, don't just push the off button!!) Three other phone lines here, but nooooo...

I've got quite a few of them back, now. I just had to go through and pick out all the sinks, appliances, fixtures, etc. for the kitchen and bath one more time...:D
