Well, not 'zactly what I meant, but what type of file are they? For email, they should be jpg/jpeg. If it's not, then right click on the pic and see if there's a "save as" option and choose jpg.

If they are jpgs, and you are using/sending to a web-based email, the other problem could be that they exceed the size limit for attachments. You'll need to resize the pics.
