Cleaning pitted tile

I have installed a porcelain tile on my counter tops. It is a textured tile and I have some areas where grout has dried in the pitted areas. What is the best way to clean this? I have gotten most of it out with a small screw driver but still have some left before sealing.

Try a mixture of vinegar and water 50/50, let it sit on the pitted spots for a few minutes and scrub with a stiff nylon brush or toothbrush, no metal or wire, see how this works, you can strengthen it some if you need to, try not to let it sit in the joints.:)
