Does anyone have information on the Triangle Fire that happen in 1911 in New York City? The only information I have is that it had to do with the Labor Movement

Hmmmm! I probably shouldn't even say anything and I may be unfair to KTHistory, but . . .
I've seen the same type of request so many times the past few years before I retired from the Entomology Department at Clemson University. Students of all ages would send an email asking for everything you know about a given topic, and by the way, I need this information right away for a school project I have to turn in later this week. The best requests :bang: were when Mommy or Daddy would call and want to buy some insects for little Suzie or Billy's insect collection that is due tomorrow. They've had the assignment for six weeks and simply can't find any insects. They only need 10 common insects.
I did a Google search on "triangle shirtwaist fire" and came up with 7,510 hits and for "triangle fire" 8,930 hits. Howard's links were near the top. Of course now I am tempted to follow some of the links and learn more about it. :D
Thanks for letting me vent. :complain:

Clyde,
Many moons ago I used to participate in a Rev War forum on AOL. They finally discontinued it because it really became a war. Reenactors from both sides were getting hostile. ;)
But during the course of it, there were probably a couple students on there every day trying to get someone to do their history assignment for them. Invariably, one of the members would do exactly what Howard did -- point them in the right direction and send them off. 'Course Howard's in the same bidness you just retired from. I think Howard is an administrator, though. :)
