Ray it's a publicity stunt to promote the Dubai Open Tennis Championships. Burj Al Arab Helipad provided the venue. Ball boys were attached with bungees :D

Dianna was killed because her crusade to ban landmines would have bankrupted certain industrial economies and exposed other nations to prosecution as war criminals if they had resisted. Oh, and she had awful taste in men. Such a naive little princess; lost in a world of evil Queens.
