Isn't it ironic they would commission a ship with Carter's name, when he did so much to reduce the armed forces, I was in under Carter, and couldn't even get parts for our howitzers, cause there wasn't any money. We would have 3 guns go out instead of six on a regular basis. :)I know, it's a sub. :tongue:
