Hi Pat,
I'm so sorry that I didn't get in on your visit with Mike as I am only about 15 minutes from him. Just emailed him though to see if we can get together soon. A picnic in 2002 would be fun. Wouldn't it be great if everyone would join up here???? I will put calls into the slumber party girls, Arlene, Shirley, Donna, and urge them. Thanks, Pat, for taking the time to do all this.

I'm so glad you showed up.

I thought about you as I was driving to Quilcene. As you know, the other prong in the fork leads to Port Townsend. But my time was so limited. I only spent a couple hours at Mike's place and then headed back so I wouldn't be late for my appointment with Bill F. in Marysville.

Seeing all the slumber party girls again would be fabulous. I'll never forget trying to crash in at Arlene's house. Her mom met me (us -- don't remember who else) at the door. Needless to say, we weren't invited in. Had to give it a try, though.

By the way, my email to Arlene was returned. I've sent it out snail mail. I don't know whether she has a new email address or not.

Patti and I and our boys usually head to Marysville the first part of July ( I won't accompany them this year). If there is going to be sunny weather, it usually happens about that time of year. So start thinking July, 2002. We'll firm it up as the time gets closer.
