Unemployment is lower than its been in a very long time.Of course they dont tell you that many are working at minmum wage that used to actually make a decent living.

Maxi flex schedule(come and go anytime as long as you make 40 hours)

Self Employed
Drives Old rig
No vacation
No Medical
No dental
No retirement
Gets sick and goes outa business
Double the taxes
Has to purchase own equipment
Has to insure everything

Only Congressman type folks get full medical. I can tell you first hand, 99% of federal workers do NOT get full medical. We pay a premium, copay, etc just like everyone else. The vacation and sick time is decent though.
