grout on matte procelian tiles

I just put a porcelian tile in and did not clean the grout off good enough. It's a matte finish. When you wet the tile you cann't tell, but when it drys it is noticeable.
Does any one have any good ideas on what to use to get the dried grout off the tiles?

I would scrub it well with vinegar, rinse with fresh water.
