i want 2 put layout on top of footings i know as far as 5in this end that end pop line 10in wall then from that line i got blueprints measure width 2 other side this end that end pop that line how do i finish squarein it up

Showstopper, ever heard of the 3-4-5 rule?

Measure one way 3 feet (or yards or whatever) and make a mark, then measure in the direction 90 degrees to that 4 feet (or whatever) and make another mark. Then measure between the marks you just made. If it is exactly 5 feet (or whatever) then the lines are exactly 90 degrees apart.


The other thing to do on a rectangular area is to measure across the diagonals. If it is perfectly square (or rectangular) then the measurements will be equal.
